Access Engineering, Inc. (AEI) is a small consulting firm founded in 1998 by Elizabeth Harding, PE and Annette Stroman, PE. We established AEI with the goal of developing, maintaining, and enhancing a distinctive presence in the transportation engineering industry. We are recognized in the state of Michigan as an industry leader in the preparation of maintenance of traffic concepts and plans for road and bridge projects. Our business approach is based on integrity and ethics, which has enabled us to maintain a network of professional relationships and repeat clientele.
